The best thing I liked about Club Kastalia that the it was family friendly , I have 3 kids so the family room was perfect and the kids facility were superb
Everything is either in Turkish or German , even the entertaiment at night and the sports instructions which was a down side.

The location of the hotel on the beach is convenient, allowing for easy access to the water and stunning views. the rooms are kept clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service and fresh water readily available. the spa facilities offer a range of treatments, including the popular Turkish bath. the staff are generally friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout the day.
The hotel lacks information in English and may not cater well to English-speaking tourists.

Great location just a short walk from the town and close to the beach. the food was pretty good with a wide range of dishes to choose from. I also enjoyed the different activities on offer.
The room was disappointing, not up to standard and the bed was too hard for my liking. the staff struggled with communication, making it difficult to get things done.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a beautiful garden full of vibrant flowers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy. The location on the beach was a huge plus, as it was just a short walk away, allowing for easy access to the sand and sea. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs! the exclusive amenities were amazing, including the outdoor swimming pool with beach access and the beautiful garden area. the restaurant was great with plenty of options for the buffet breakfast. There was even private facilities with exclusive room advantages! the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to the nearby town.
The service was lacking. Some of the staff were rude and not helpful at all, which was a letdown for such a prestigious venue.

The customer service at the hotel was very poor. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making our stay unpleasant.
